All orders are fulfilled from our shop in Elko New Market, Minnesota. Rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier data.

Domestic orders ship from our Minnesota warehouse via the following services:

• UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air
• USPS: First Class Mail, Priority Mail

International Shipping

We ship to over 120 countries. International rates are calculated at checkout.

• FedEx: International Economy and Priority
• UPS: Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express
• USPS: Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International

Riders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their respective countries.

Local Warehouse Pickup

Riders in the Twin Cities area can select "Pickup in store" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your parts are off the bench and ready for pickup.

Fulfillment & Handling

Parts stay in the bin if they aren't right. Because we shop-test and verify hardware before it leaves the bench, allow for standard processing times. Calculated transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include shop fulfillment time.  Overnight shipping is accurate once the item has shipped, not at time of order.

Once your hardware leaves the shop, tracking info is sent to your provided email address immediately.
